The City Mouse and the Country Mouse

"The city is nice, but corn and safety are better than cherry pie and danger," said the country mouse.
The two mice hugged good-bye.
Then the country mouse jumped on a train and went back to the country.
"No matter where I roam, there is no place like home," he said.（p.15）

There was a lot of delicious food but also danger in the city, the country mouse decided to return his home in the country. Before going back, he and the city mouse hugged good-bye. I feel their friendship is the best form from the scene because they respect the thought of each other.

The name of British agent is Ian Munro, and he goes to the Caribbean to look for two dangerous terrorists, sam Tajik and Jonas beck. First, Munro finds the men and a third terrorist. Then he tries to stop them before it is too late. This book made me mixed feeling. Please read this book!

WAGON WHEELS

We walked along the trail. It led up a hill. On the side of the hill we saw a little house with a garden in front. We could see corn growing. A man came out of the house. When he saw us, he began to run toward us. (p.58,59) In this story, three boys tried to live with them efforts to live with their daddy. They have grown up by many serious happenings especially Little Brother. When the brothers leave the town of Nicodemus, Little Brother decided to go to his home not by wagon but on foot. Finally, they could meet their father and get happy ending. I was impressed by this story. This is a heartwarming book.

Thousands of balloons on ropes were coming out of the chimney! They were pulling the house UP off the ground and high UP in the air! The garden hose went with the house UP into the sky! (p.14) Carl who is a main character of the story didn't want to sell his house because the house was filled with the memory of Ellie who was loved by Carl. They would like to go to Paradise Falls, but she passed away before visiting. And Carl try to go to there with his house. However, he let it go to save a boy. I was impressed with the change of his mind. He could find an important thing. I want to remind it, too.
