The Wizard Oz

 I saw the Wizard of Oz.  Dorothy, the main character in this story, and her dog, Toto, live in Kansas with their family.  One day a big cyclone hits the Kansas Steppes and they can't hide.  Their houses move up and down in the storm and when they wake up they don't know where they are.  She seems to be in another world called Oz.  There are very few people in the world, and there is a wizard.  Encounters such as Dorothy and Scarecrow and Tinman depart towards where Oz is to return to the world where she was once.  I was excited to see it!

'Come on, Jamie,' he said. 'Get that shoe on. It's time to go.' This book is about an British agent and terrorists. The genre was thriller and I could read this book with thrilling. The name of British agent is Ian Munro, and he goes to the Caribbean to look for two dangerous terrorists, sam Tajik and Jonas beck. First, Munro finds the men and a third terrorist. Then he tries to stop them before it is too late. This book made me mixed feeling. Please read this book!

WAGON WHEELS

We walked along the trail. It led up a hill. On the side of the hill we saw a little house with a garden in front. We could see corn growing. A man came out of the house. When he saw us, he began to run toward us. (p.58,59) In this story, three boys tried to live with them efforts to live with their daddy. They have grown up by many serious happenings especially Little Brother. When the brothers leave the town of Nicodemus, Little Brother decided to go to his home not by wagon but on foot. Finally, they could meet their father and get happy ending. I was impressed by this story. This is a heartwarming book.

Hotel Casanova

He talked to her about his plan to marry when he was twenty-six. "And then, when I'm thirty years old, I want my own hotel, with my name over the door," he said. " I want it more than anything in the world.     I read "Hotel Casanova" for the first time. The main characters of this story are Dino, Carla and Maria. The story of it is that , for Dino to follow his plan, he faces a bad problem by a relationship with Carla and one with Maria.  I want to make my schedule like Dino, but I don't want to be like Dino. After reading this book, I thought we have to carefully look at and think a situation which suddenly come to us. If it is so good, we should put for an action. If it is not, we have to avoid it. However, I think that we should choose the way it looks wrong to make ourselves stronger. If you get interested in this book, please read it.
